Election Night Follow-up

In light of the result of the primary election for Wisconsin Governor yesterday, you might find this interesting.  Tony Evers, who will be the Democratic candidate for Governor in November, was unable to attend the WISDOM Gubernatorial Candidate Forum on June 11.  Prior to the Forum, he took the time to answer all of the questions that were going to be asked.  You can download his responses to the questions WISDOM leaders posed here. We should note that the same questions were sent to Governor Walker, and we have not received a response.

We will also note, not as an endorsement but as a matter of interest - and a bit of pride for our organization - that the candidate who received the highest number votes in the Democratic primary on August 14 was former MICAH/WISDOM organizer, Mandela Barnes, who will be the candidate for Lieutenant Governor.
David Liners, WISDOM State Director
